Trained as dressmaker and as carpenter, later worked as property manager for a well known Munich theater. My entire working career I supported things in looking better, working better, appearing effortless and graceful. And this is what my focus still is in my private body work practice in Berlin, Munich and at Lake Constance.

I am also specialized in treating scars and adhesions, as well as re-establishing and balancing the energetic field of the human body.

My private practice  I offer sessions in Rolfing®, Rolf Movement, ScarWork and SourcePoint Therapy®.

As licensed Instructor for ScarWork, and SourcePoint Therapy® I offer workshops in both methods.

As Rolfing® instructor I teach Basic Rolfing® trainings in Munich at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute - Europe.
