I am an Advanced Rolf Structural Integration practitioner as well as an acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner.

I practice Liz Gaggini’s approach to Visceral Manipulation, a bodywork that addresses restrictions and alignment through the core visceral tissue and their associated bony structures.

I also practice Internal Pelvic manual therapy, with training completed under Tami Kynn Kent, Kimberley Ann Johnson and Ellen Heed, using internal and external soft tissue release techniques to address tension, adhesions and scarring in the pelvic floor muscles and fascia. I am also trained in Scarwork.

I offer an integrated approach, which  greatly enhances the effectiveness of a treatment when addressing joint and muscle pain and injury, post-operative recovery and scarring, postural alignment, neurological, respiratory, urogenital, gynaecological and digestive disorders, psychological/emotional health (stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression) and pre and post-natal health and recovery.
