Information
Description

As Structural Integrators, we have been trained to follow Ida Rolf’s recipe to realign the body by releasing connective tissue in an organized and structurally supportive way.

But what if there was another way, a more customized way, to allow each client to find their own recipe and restore balance in a way that was most appropriate for them? What if it helped find and restore the hidden little connections in each person’s fascial web that are hard for even the trained eye to see and find? What if it could be hands-free?

Hands-Free Structural Integration is a bringing together of several important techniques in a new and effective way. A blend of Structural Integration with Yoga, Hanna Somatics, Cranio- Sacral Therapy, Trager, and Emilie Conrad Daoud’s Continuum Movement, along with enhanced proprioception and interoception creates a rapid and effective method of restoring tissue to a more normal state.

This is not an energy technique. It is an organic way to uncover the true “recipe” for restoring balance to an individual client’s body, releasing adhesions, restoring function, expanding range of motion, and relieving pain with zero trauma, pain or discomfort.

Hellerwork Continuing Education introduces Sharon Butler to present her breakthrough technique, Hands-Free Structural Integration. This is a technique that can be used in a guided client session, in a group setting, or by the client on their own. It is a fascinating exploration of an individual’s unique fascial matrix that greatly expands their somatic experience in a completely new way. Clients are left with a self-care skill for life.

“The results of Sharon’s new technique were scary! They were scary because they worked so fast and were so effective. I have never experienced anything like this before. I had a hard time believing that results like this were even possible.”   -Tina Yarbro, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Sufferer, Remote (phone-based) Client,  Murphy, Texas
