Neuro Movement Integration is a highly effective hands on therapy that teaches healthcare providers how to work with the client’s connective tissues and nervous system in combination with simple client movement and education. As a result of combining client movement with safe and effective therapist touch we are able to help the client move past restrictions and limitations that are both chronic and acute.
During these classes you will learn techniques to work the connective tissues and nervous system in the major areas that clients often notice and report pain and dysfunction. With these techniques you will be able to have an immediate impact in your client’s lives. These techniques are easy to learn and implement right away, and will produce immediate and profound results for your clients.
By the end of each class you will understand how to recognize compensation patterns in your client’s structure in both movement and static positions. You will learn techniques and steps to provide more effective treatments, exercises, and movement patterns to give your clients that they can use at home to help manage and relieve pain on their own.
NMI Upper Body Techniques
This 16 hour class will be technique intensive as we look at successful protocols for the following regions:
We will be focusing on the application and technical aspect of the NMI techniques for the upper body and how to perfect your own body mechanics so as to provide the most effective treatment for your clients. You will be able to immediately implement the content of the course with your clients the day after the training and help them move and function in ways they may never have before and all with less pain.
NMI Lower Body Techniques
This 16 hour class will be technique intensive as we look at successful protocols for the following regions:
