Andrew has diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage and KMI Structural Integration. He originally studied massage and sports massage at City College in Brighton, and then went on to train in Myofascial Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy and Structural Integration. In 2008 Andrew completed his study of KMI Structural Integration with its developer Tom Myers.
Structural bodywork combines deep tissue and sports massage techniques as well as myofascial release techniques and the principles and techniques from structural integration and cranio- sacral therapy.
Although Andrew can offer each of these therapies individually he gets great results by blending techniques and principles from all of them and tailoring the best treatment for your individual needs.
Andrew has been in full time practice for over 10 years, and also teaches Myofascial Release at the College of Classical massage Brighton. He is fully insured to practice all of the above therapies with Balens Insurance.
