During your first appointment our highly trained staff will review your health history, explain more about the process we use and answer any questions you have,  establish goals for our work together, then we will perform a complete assessment of your body to determine any structural and functional imbalances.  Following this we will work with you to increase your body awareness and function through bodywork, dialogue, and movement education.
